1How to create shift groups ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Account

Step 2: Go To Shift Section

Step 3: Create Shift Group

Step 4: Go To Shift And Select Shift Group Option For That Timings Correctly

Step 5: Then Go To Employee Section And Allocate Same Shift Group Carefully And Save.

NOTE : For Rotational Shifts Kindly Check Any Timing Clashes Or Not.

2How To Delete Extra Created Employees ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Account

Step 2: Just Make Them Inactive If Employee Resigned.

5 How To Generate Leave On Behalf Of Employee ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Go To Leave Section And Click On Onduty/Leave Entry And Generate Leave For Employees

6 How To Enter Ip Address On Device ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Go To Company’s Section And Click On Device And Enter Appriopriate Details Of Device With Unique Serial Number And Allocated Ip With Device Type.

Step 3: Configure Same On Device Also In Communication Section With Server Or Host Ip With Accurate Port Number.

Note : In Some Devices Need To Enable Tcp/Ip Event Mode On.

7 How To Calculate Total Hours Accurately.

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Go To Hr Policy And Check All Attendance Rule And Shift Calculation Correctly And Mark The Changes Accordingly.

Step 3 : Go To Shift Section And Check Recess Time Or Any Half Day Is Marked Or Not As Per Requirement.

8 How To Use Attendance Process, Attednance Clear And Attendance Update ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Go To Utilities And Click On Attendance Section And Click On Update/Clear Attendance

Step 3: Select Department,Start Date To End Date With Month And Employees For Each Case.

Step 4: In Attendance Clear All Attendance Data Will Be Deleted Permenently.

Step 5: If Data Is Showing In Transation Data Option Mentioned In Utilities Section Then We Can Process Our Data Again After Clear Attendace, Then Our Data Will Again Processed As Per Device’s Timings And Our Policy.

Step 6: If We Have Done Some Changes In Our Previous Shifts And Current Policy And Want To Implement As Per Current Changes Then We Need To Click On Attendance Update Option To Update Our Required Changes.

9 How To Add Holidays ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Go To Holidays And Add All Holidays After Selecting Departments, Details As Per Your Requirements.

Note : Transation Year Should Be Accurate As Per Current Year Otherwise Holidays Will Not Marked On Attendance And Showing Absent Only.

10 How To See Leave Balance Report And Leave Approvals ?

Step 1: : Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Go To Analytics Dashboard And Generate Leave Balance Report As Per Your Requirement.

Note : Transaction Year Of Current Year Should Be Correct Otherwise No Reports Will Generate.

Step 3: : Go To Employee Self Service (Ess) And Click On Approve Leave

Note : Transaction Year Should Be Correct Otherwise No Leave Request Approval Comes To Admin.

11 How To Enable/Disable Geo Fencing ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Go To Wizard Section And Click On System Setting Wizard And Click On Enable Or Disable As Per Your Plan.

Note : Geo-Fencing Will Work When We Set All Required Details And Locations In Branch Option Under The Company’s Section.

12 How To View Employee’s Details.

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Go To Employee Dashboard And Click On Search Tab And Search Details By Name, Punch Id Or Employee Code.

13 How To Export Reports ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Go To Analytics Dashboard And Select Common Filter With All Required Details For Reports Generation.

Step 3 : Then Click On Any Report And Result Will Display Then Click Print Option Then Click On Export To Tab And Select Your Prefered Format To Save The Report.

14 How Leave Carry Forward Works ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Go To Leave Section And Click On Leave Carry Forward And Select The Employees And Process Your Data.

Note : Need To Check Previous Transaction Year And Current Year Should Be Correct, Then And Then Only Previous Pending Leaves Will Add To Current Transaction Year.

15 How Role Master And Right Distribution Works ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Go To User Management Section And Click On Role Master

Step 3 : Create Roles As Per Your Requirement Example, Employee, Company Admin, Branch Admin

Note: Role Of Admin Can Not Create In Role Master As It Was Enable By Default With All Functionality In Current Admin’s Account So Need To Create Other Roles Which Admin Wants To Manage.

Step 4: Click On Right Distribution Option And Select Your Role Master And Set View, Add,Edit, Export,Import Permissions To Them To Access Only That Particular Data Which Admin Decides For Them.

16 How To Do Manual Punching ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Go To Utilities And Click On Manual Punching.

Step 3: Select Department, Employee And Start To End Date With In Time And Out Time.

Step 4: Only Admin Need To Do Manual Punching In Case Of Any Mis-Punch Or Error Punching To Correct The Report’s Data.

17 How To Do Web Punching.

Step 1: Login With Employee’s Login After Web Punch Access In Right Distribution By Admin

Step 2: Click On Dashboard And Do Web Punch With Live Location And Timings And Data Will Sended To Admin For Approval.

18 How To Import Employees ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Download Sample Sheets And Make Your Sheet Accordingly By Editing It.

Step 3: Go To Utilities Section And Click On Import Employees.

Note : First Create Your Company, Branch,Department And Designition In Your Minop’s Account Before Importing Employees And Do Changes In Excel Sheets Same As Per Given Data In Minop’s Account—If Any Error Comes Then It Will Show.

Step 4: Correct The Errors And Import Again.

19 How To Enable Sms Function For In/Out Punching ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Enable Sms Function Form Wizard Section

Step 3 : Go To Alert And Sms Configuration And Enter Your Account Id And Password.

Note : Account Id And Password Given By Third Party As Per Sms Credited In Your Account—Need To Purchase Sms Quantity From Third Party Dealer For Using This Functionality.

20 How To Configure Smtp ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Go To Email Configuration And Enter Required Details.

Step 3: For Yahoo Account-->Account Security-->Manage App Password--->Other App-->Add Minop Account--Paste That Credentials To Minop Smtp Settings And Test Connection.

Step 4: For Gmail--Https://Devanswers.Co/Allow-Less-Secure-Apps-Access-Gmail-Account/If You Have To Allow An Application To Access Your Google Account, You Can Disable This Security Block.

1. Sign In To Gmail--Manage Account--Security

2. Click Here To Access Less Secure App Access In My Account.

3. Next To “Allow Less Secure Apps: Off,” Select The Toggle Switch To Turn On.

4. Visit The Display Unlock Captcha Page And Click Continue To Remove The Security Block. Or Do Two Step Verification.

21 How One Branch Data Is Not Visible To Other Branch ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Need To Enter Different Email Address And Password In Branch Section And Do Right Distribution Accordingly And Login With Employee Login.

22 How To Enroll Employee Face On Minop ?

Step 1: How To Enroll Employee Face On Minop ?

Step 2: For Facial Punching—Need To Purchase Premium Plan Only

Step 3: Go To Company’s Section And Click On Employee And Edit Employee Data.

Step 4: Select Any High Resolution Passport Size Photo For Punching Through Android Mobile Application Or Enroll Fresh Face Using Web Cam.

23 How To Add Users In Existing Plan ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Go To My Subscription And Click On Add User After Stopping Your Recurring Payment.

Step 3: Add User As Per Your Subscribed Plan And Pay Accordingly.

24 How To Create Custom Field, Custom Form And Custom Reports ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Click On Company Section And Create Custom Form As Per Your Requirement.

25 How To Do Attedance Regularization N Case Of Error And Mispunch Issue ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Employee’s Account.

Step 2: Click On Ess And Go To Attedance Correction And Provide Reason With Accurate Timings.

26 How To Control Web Punch, Facial Punching With Geo-Fencing ?

Step 1: Login To Minop Admin’s Account.

Step 2: Click On Wizard’s Settings To Enable/Disable Facial Punching And Geo-Fencing Feature As Per Requirement.

Step 3: Using Android Mobile Application Shows Web-Punch With Location And Face Punch Both Options In Case Of Facial Punch Option Is Enabled Otherwise Only Web Punch Takes Place By Default.

Step 4:Using Android Mobile Application Facial Punch Will Not Show In Case Of Facial Option Is Disabled.

27 While Login With Employee Credentials In Essential Plan Then We Got An Message “Ess Service Not Available”.

Resolution: In Essential Plan We Are Not Able To Use Employee Self Service Features So We Need To Upgrade Our Plan.

26While Adding New Employee An Error Comes“You Reached Maximum Limit Of This Plan”.

Resolution: As Your Subscription And Add User Capacity Is Over So Need To Add User From My Subscription Option.

29 Facial Punch Failed While Punching Through Mobile App.

Resolution: First Thing You Need To Check That Our Photograph Is Enrolled In Minop’s Account And If Photo Is Ok Then We Need To Try Again With More Stability Withour Spectacles Or Any Other Facial Cover So Facial Features Become Easy To Match With Our Photograph Attributes.

Note: Enrolled Photo Should Be Of High Resolution And Test Once After Enroll At Same Time.

30 In Develover’s Account “ Api Codes Are Not Working”

Resolution: You Need To Check Api’s From Your Developer’s Side Only As We Provide Only Developer’s Account With Device Configuration And Api Calling Using Hello And Transaction Message. We Can Check Your Api Working Or Not Using Postmen Application.

31 Device Showing Standby Only.

Resolution: Need To Check Device Is Blocked Or Not By Our Server,If Device Is On Standby From Last 20+ Days Then Need To Do Fresh Transaction And Wait 24 Hours For Device Unblock Only If Device Is Working Ok Previously, Otherwise Need To Check Internet Connectivity And Device Configuration.

32 Message While Importing Employees ?

Resolution: Go To Utilities Section And Click On Import Employees From Excel Sheet, If Error Comes For Any Particular Entry, Like Dublicate Entry And Wrong Department Enter Etc, Need To Correct Errors And Import Again.

Note 1: First Create Your Company, Branch,Department And Designition In Your Minop’s Account Before Importing Employees And Do Changes In Excel Sheets Same As Per Given Data In Minop’s Account—If Any Error Comes Then It Will Show.

33 How To Solve Smtp Configuration Issue ?

Resolution: After Setting All Configuration Smtp Not Successful Error Comes Then Follow Below Process.

1. For Yahoo Account-->Account Security-->Manage App Password--->Other App-->Add Minop Account--Paste That Credentials To Minop Smtp Settings And Test Connection.

Resolution: Check If Your Admin Set Some Location For Punching Or Not, Need To Punch Particularly In That Radius Only.

35 Message While Sign Up “ Info! User Not Activated”

Resolution: Need To Activate Your Account Through Email Verification On Your Registered Email Address.
