Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided by Minop, we will refund back the money within 15 days of payment, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their subscription and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Requests received later than 15 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period and the charges will be calculated based on service usages days.

Subscription Refund Policy

We will try our best to serve our clients and provide full support to resolve their request and queries.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with Minop's service, we can provide a refund within 15 days of payment – no questions asked.

We request our customers to understand that Minop is a SaaS-based attendance software and does not allow any customizations. We facilitate our customers in getting the best products and services. However, since we own the end product, customers are requested to read the end customer Service Level Agreement (SLA) provided by the respective software distribution companies from which you intend to buy. Any refund arising due to breach in SLA by the distribution company and a refund arising subsequent to that will be between customer and distribution company. The refund will be directly paid by the distribution company to the customer as per their refund policy. Please read the SLA and Refund document clearly before purchasing the product from distributors.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Product Return Policy

At Minop, returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact Customer Service to process your return.

In case of received damaged/Non Functional material, you can request for return from our RMA.

Do I need to send products?

All Customers will need to send their products to our warehouse, India at their own cost. We do not provide free returns generally. However, in some exceptional cases, we may also arrange for pick up of product from customer’s location if it is feasible for us and our logistic partner.

The products are fine, but I changed my mind

In such cases, we’ll not accept any return unless the product which you received is damaged or not working properly.

Products with quality problems

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees only in case of the extended onsite warranty taken by the customer.

Product Cancellation Policy

For all products, orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped.

Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 50% of the product price.

Order products that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Product Refund Policy

Refund will be issued approximately 95% of the product price, only if the product received back in original condition with original packaging and invoice. Shipping Charges paid by the customer will not be refunded. This is because 5% is deducted by payment gateway for refund and double shipping charges are charged by the logistics partner in case of non-acceptance of goods by customer.

We might not have very flexible refund policies as compared to other e-commerce site and this is because we focus more on providing the best prices and keep very little profit margins. To protect ourselves from loss, we sometimes deduct some percentage while refunding the money.

Refund usually takes place in the same payment method which customer uses while placing an order online. Refund will reflect within 7 days from the date of issue of refund
